What your company walks away with
What AI requires of you on compliance and governance.
A briefing for leadership and IT on data handling, shadow AI and control of the tools people build — applied to your organisation, not in general. How a company like yours has implemented AI.
A practitioner who has done it, on what worked and what didn't. [speaker / company — confirm per event]Hands-on experience building applications with AI.
Every participant builds on a problem they brought themselves, and presents what they made.
How it runs
- Before
Preparation call (30 min).
We agree on goals, participants and the problems to build on. Each participant submits one concrete problem from their own work in advance. - The day
3–4 hours, usually a late afternoon.
Governance briefing → implementation story → protected build time of 1.5–2 hours with facilitators in the room → show and tell. - After
30-day follow-up.
We check in on which tools are still in use, and help you pick the one to take into production first.
Practical
- Duration
- 3–4 hours on site. [full-day variant?]
- Participants
- [min.–max. per hackathon]. We recommend at least 2–3 people per department you want to involve — tools stick when more than one person can build them.
- Location
- Your offices, or we find a venue.
- What you provide
- A room, a screen, laptops, and people with a real problem.
- What we provide
- Henosia accounts for all participants, the tokens used on the day, facilitation by [Janne Jul Jensen, co-founder — confirm].
- Price
- [price — lock wording before launch]
